These Terms govern your use of Metabolic Twin, a wellness planning service operated by SK Solutions SIA, Latvia ("Eternix", "we", "us", "our"). By making a €1 reservation or otherwise using the service, you agree to these Terms.
Metabolic Twin is wellness planning software for the year after stopping weight-loss medication. It generates a weekly Maintenance Brief and a 7-day protocol from your weight, activity, meals and optional glucose data. It is not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, prescribe, dose or replace clinical care. See our Medical Disclaimer.
The €1 reservation reserves you a founder seat in the upcoming launch cohort. It is not a subscription and does not deliver service yet.
By paying €1, you receive:
Refund commitment: if Metabolic Twin does not begin its public launch by July 15, 2026, your €1 reservation is refunded automatically to the original payment method within 14 days of that date. No support ticket required. See Refund Policy.
When the product launches and you accept onboarding:
For digital services delivered before the 14-day cooling-off period ends, EU Directive 2011/83/EU permits the consumer to expressly waive the right of withdrawal. The €1 reservation does not deliver any service before launch — your right to refund (Section 2 above) is therefore stronger than the standard 14-day right.
For post-launch subscriptions, you waive the 14-day right when you accept onboarding and begin using the product. You retain the 14-day money-back guarantee on each charge per Section 3 — this is a contractual right we grant in addition to your statutory rights.

To the maximum extent permitted by Latvian and EU law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the total amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We exclude liability for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages. Nothing in this section limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
We may suspend or terminate your access for non-payment, fraud, abuse, or material breach of these Terms. We will provide notice and an opportunity to cure where reasonably possible.
Metabolic Twin does not provide medical advice or emergency response. In a medical emergency, call your local emergency number (112 in the EU) or your clinician. The product is not a substitute for clinical care. See Medical Disclaimer for full language.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Latvia. Mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the country where you reside as an EU consumer continue to apply. Disputes are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Riga, Latvia, without prejudice to any consumer rights to bring proceedings in your country of residence.
EU consumers may use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
