The €1 founder reservation

If Metabolic Twin does not begin public launch by July 15, 2026, all €1 founder reservations are refunded automatically.

The refund is processed via Stripe to the original payment method within 14 days of July 15, 2026. No support ticket required. No proof of intent required. No phone call required.

Post-launch subscriptions

When Metabolic Twin launches as a paid subscription, every monthly charge carries a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you cancel within 14 days of any charge and email info@eternix.ai, we refund that charge in full to the original payment method.

How refunds are processed

Method: always to the original payment method (the card or wallet used to pay).
Currency: in EUR (the currency of charge).
Processing time: Stripe initiates refund instantly; bank settlement usually 5–10 business days.
Cost to you: €0. Stripe and Eternix absorb processing costs.

What is not refundable

Subscription charges more than 14 days old where the service was used during that period.
Damage to a payment method (card chargeback fees) caused by you initiating an unjustified chargeback. We will normally refund first; please email us before initiating a bank chargeback.

Statutory rights

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits your statutory rights as an EU consumer (EU Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights, including the 14-day right of withdrawal for digital services where applicable).
